24-Hour Technical Guarantee
If the file we fixed is technically rejected again by the same government portal within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your situation must meet the following criteria:
- You purchased a repair service (Single, Batch, or Pro).
- The fixed file was rejected by the portal with a technical error (e.g., "File Corrupted," "Security Validation Failed").
- You requested the refund within 24 hours of the original transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds for issues unrelated to the technical structure of the PDF file:
- Content Rejection: Your visa/application was denied due to missing information, ineligibility, or incorrect answers.
- Wrong File: You uploaded the wrong document to our tool.
- User Error: You accidentally deleted the fixed file or forgot to download it (re-download is available for free).
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your Order ID (found in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy).
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
