Approval depends on the content of your application, your eligibility, and the discretion of the government officer. Our service is limited strictly to helping you bypass file upload errors.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you process.
• You must ensure you have the right to modify any files you upload.
• You agree not to use our service to process malicious files or commit fraud.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Prices are clearly displayed before purchase (e.g., $4.99 per file). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadReadyPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Rejection of visa or immigration applications.
• Missed deadlines or financial losses associated with application delays.
• Loss of data (though we do not store your data).

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (e.g., $4.99).

All content on this website (text, code, branding) is the property of UploadReadyPDF. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our tools without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
